Job Overview

As a Commissioned Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand in the LATAM region, driving new business by identifying, engaging, and converting publisher leads into long-term clients. This role starts as commission-only with uncapped earning potential, transitioning to a fixed salary plus commission upon meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify high-potential publishers through research and networking.
• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships and understand publishers' needs to present ad-tech solutions.
• Sales Conversion: Drive the full sales cycle from outreach to closing deals.
• Market Representation: Represent MonetizeMore at industry events to establish trust.
• Collaboration: Work closely with account management for seamless onboarding.
• Reporting and Analytics: Track sales performance and provide market insights using CRM tools.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed on LATAM ad-tech trends and refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience in ad-tech or SaaS.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital advertising concepts.
• Skills: Proven ability to generate and close leads, excellent communication, and CRM proficiency.
• Regional Expertise: Understanding of LATAM's digital publishing landscape with fluency in English and another LATAM language.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation Structure

• 0–$10,000 Monthly Revenue: 10% commission.
• $10,001–$25,000 Monthly Revenue: 12% commission.
• $25,001–$50,000 Monthly Revenue: 15% commission.
• $50,001+ Monthly Revenue: 18% commission.

Commissions are based on new client acquisitions and are paid monthly.
