Job Title: Commercial Property Manager

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM PST

Compensation: Competitive base salary + bonuses + benefits

About the role:


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Property Manager to support day-to-day operations across our U.S. retail commercial real estate portfolio. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organization, and hands-on experience with U.S. tenants, leases, vendors, and property financials.

You will play a key role in maintaining property performance, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily property operations and serve as the primary point of contact for tenants.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Perform CAM reconciliations, assist with annual budgeting, and track operating expenses.
  • Support lease administration, including abstracts, renewals, rent tracking, and critical date management.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks related to property income and expenses.
  • Communicate with vendors, request bids, follow up on work orders, and ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to property operations and performance.


Required Qualifications:


  • Experience in U.S. commercial property management, preferably in retail.
  • Strong understanding of CAM, NNN leases, and commercial lease terms.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and property financials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working remotely and using online tools.


Nice to have:


  • Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, AppFolio, MRI, Buildium, or similar.
  • Experience reviewing or drafting contracts.
  • Prior experience supporting a U.S.-based property management team.
