The Commercial Manager will be responsible for implementing the commercial strategy in Chile.


Responsibilities

Execute the commercial strategy in Chile.

Drive growth in recurring monthly revenue and share of wallet.

Lead, develop, and coach the commercial team to achieve high performance.

Manage the national sales pipeline, ensuring CRM discipline and accurate forecasting.

Oversee key accounts in corporate segment, strengthening customer relationships.

Manage the commercial budget, margins, and overall profitability.

Implement standardized commercial processes and governance.

Identify market trends and collaborate with marketing to drive demand generation.


Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7–10 years of progressive experience in commercial or sales leadership roles.
  • Languages: Advanced English proficiency.


Technical Skills

  • Strong experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar).
  • Advanced Excel skills and KPI management.
  • Expertise in Share of Wallet, Go-Get Strategy, and cross-selling / up-selling.
  • Commercial budget management and financial planning.
  • Margin analysis, ROI, and operational efficiency.
  • Experience managing equipment rental models and recurring services.
  • Solid background in B2B corporate segments and mass consumption channels.
