Role of Cloud Engineer

As a Cloud Engineer, you'll work with diverse technologies, explore various infrastructures, and test cutting-edge access solutions. Your insights will directly contribute to product development while you tackle complex technical challenges. Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise IT teams for secure VDI environments deployment.
• Design and implement architectures for virtual desktops and applications, ensuring scalability and compliance.
• Support cloud-based projects on platforms such as Oracle Cloud, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Assist clients migrating from Citrix or VMware Horizon to Thinfinity's web-based platform.
• Guide ZTNA and RPAM implementations aligned with security frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to enhance technical offerings.
• Travel for client implementations and events across various countries.
• Create documentation and training materials to empower customer teams.

About You

You’re curious, analytical, and thrive in complex technical ecosystems. You enjoy solving infrastructure challenges and seeing your designs power secure digital workplaces at scale.

Qualifications for Success

• 7+ years in roles focused on infrastructure, virtualization, or VDI.
• Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or VMware Horizon.
• Understanding of Windows Server, remote access protocols, and virtualization technologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience with CRM tools and task management platforms.
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
