Minimum Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience in system design or coding (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
• Fluent in English and either Portuguese or Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications:

• Professional Cloud Certification.
• 8 years of experience with software code in languages like Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience designing and deploying large-scale data processing systems.
• Experience with reading software code.
• Experience in customer-facing or consulting roles.
