About the Role

An opportunity has arisen within University Hospital Hairmyres for a Clinical Secretary. The Clinical Secretary provides comprehensive administrative support to a team of clinicians, enabling them to operate effectively and efficiently.

What We'll Need You to Bring

• SVQ level 2 qualification (or equivalent experience) plus knowledge in healthcare administration or secretarial roles.
• Understanding of medical terminology.
• Strong communication skills with patients, clinicians, and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational and IT skills.
• Audio typing skills.

Contract Information

Contract type: Permanent
Full-time: 37 hours per week
Location: Based in Haematology within University Hospital Hairmyres.
