Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Research Associate role based in Santiago. The Clinical Research Associate will oversee and monitor clinical trials, ensuring they are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. Responsibilities include implementing study protocols, managing clinical operations, and coordinating research activities to support scientific advancements.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols and the ability to implement them effectively
• Experience working as a Clinical Research Associate and comprehensive knowledge of clinical research processes
• Familiarity with the life cycle of clinical trials and strong involvement in clinical operations
• Proven ability to perform accurate research and maintain adherence to clinical standards
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medicine, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
