About the Role

An innovative individual is required to work as a Clinical Nurse Educator within the Critical Care Unit at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy. This unit features a 10-bedded ICU, and high dependency units.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will support excellence in nursing practice, deliver education, and manage staff development. You will act as a resource and role model, leading clinical counsel efforts and staff-specific education.

Requirements

Applicants must possess postgraduate qualifications in teaching or related experience. A minimum of five years in intensive care is required, with evidence of significant professional practice experience.

Working Details

This role is part-time, mainly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend duties. Flexible working arrangements are available.
