Job Overview

The Clinical Lead provides leadership of the clinical team, in support of the project leader, and in collaboration with other functional teams, to achieve the delivery of the project’s overall objectives to the Sponsor’s satisfaction per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost of delivery in accordance with our SOPs, policies, and practices.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clinical project plans, including clinical operations plan, recruitment, and retention strategy.
• Accountable for clinical delivery, ensuring consistent use of study tools and compliance with standard processes.
• Partner with project leaders to confirm objectives and assess performance.
• Ensure recruitment strategies are in place to maximize subject recruitment opportunities.

Essentials Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements (GCP and ICH guidelines).
• At least 3 years of experience in a CL or CPM role.
• Broad protocol knowledge in CNS Therapeutic Area (Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease).
• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or scientific discipline with 7 years of clinical research experience.
