Job Overview

The Clinical Lead provides leadership of the clinical team, supporting the project leader and collaborating with other functional teams. The goal is to achieve the project’s objectives to the Sponsor’s satisfaction while optimizing speed, quality, and cost of delivery.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Participate in bid defenses and lead clinical delivery strategy for medium and multi-country studies.
• Develop clinical project plans, including operations, recruitment, and retention strategies.
• Accountable for subject recruitment, site management, and data integrity as per contract.
• Partner with project leaders to confirm clinical team objectives and communicate performance assessments.
• Ensure effective subject recruitment strategies are in place at the study's start.

Essentials Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements, including GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Familiarity with project management practices.
• Broad protocol knowledge in CNS disorders is mandatory.
• Ability to identify and organize necessary clinical resources and set clear objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with 7 years of clinical research experience; or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in the role.
