What You’ll Do:

  • Accountable for functional management of teams to ensure successful execution of all department deliverables within assigned projects.
  • Responsible for liaising externally with clients and vendors, and internally with other departments. Provide troubleshooting and advice on GCS issues/risks as needed.
  • Assist senior management with business development by making presentations to sponsors, developing bids, and conducting contract negotiations.
  • Participate in global and/or cross-functional initiatives and improvement projects.
  • Contribute to hiring, development, and implementation of global, regional, and local functions.
  • Ensure staff is trained according to company policies and procedures.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification.
  • 10+ years of previous experience providing the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Management experience of employees.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong planning, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • In-depth understanding of GCS concepts relevant to clinical trials.
  • Sharp focus on customer details.
  • Ability to work under pressure and motivate teams.

Working Conditions and Environment:

  • Work performed in an office or home-based environment, with occasional travel.

Physical Requirements:

  • Stationary for 6-8 hours a day, with moderate mobility required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and perform complex tasks under stress.
  • Regular and consistent attendance is expected.
