How Will You Make an Impact?:
Provide management of logistics projects from the beginning (start-up), during, and until the completion of the study.
A Day in the Life:
As a Client Services Project Manager II, you will:
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure successful implementation of client requirements.
- Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class customer service.
- Determine project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor and strictly adhere to quality standards to deliver flawless results.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience in administration, logistics, or engineering required.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in logistics, project management, or a related field required.
- Proven track record in customer service and project management preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Office-based role with occasional travel to client sites.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
