Uber Ads has been one of Uber's fastest-growing success stories over the past three years - and we're just getting started. The Chile Advertising team is a key growth engine for the region, and we're looking for a strategic, commercially minded executive to help take our momentum to the next level.
This Client Partner role reports directly to the Head of Uber Advertising, Chile, and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Uber's advertising business in one of our most dynamic markets. You'll be responsible for accelerating partnerships with leading brands and top-tier media agencies, driving meaningful business impact through innovative advertising solutions.
As a Client Partner, you will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across multiple industries, including Auto, Finance, Telco, Entertainment, and Travel. You'll own senior-level relationships with these partners, helping them achieve their business objectives through Uber Advertising. In parallel, you'll work closely with major media agencies and other ecosystem partners to unlock growth across your book of business.
What The Candidate Will Do
- Own and consistently deliver against revenue targets, with a strong focus on execution quality, business impact, and customer success
- Maintain a clear and accurate view of revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and performance metrics
- Build and deepen senior-level relationships with key agency partners, major brands, and industry stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Measurement, and Operations teams to tailor advertising solutions and go-to-market strategies for top customers
- 5+ years of experience in upper-funnel media sales, business development, or account management within the advertising or media industry
- A strong, established network of senior contacts across Chile's media agencies and brand ecosystem
- Proven experience leading or influencing digital advertising sales efforts with both agency and direct brand clients
- Deep expertise in digital media, including programmatic, display, video, mobile, and performance advertising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external senior stakeholders
- Strong ability to build, evaluate, and optimize sales processes, clearly identifying opportunities and challenges
- Solid understanding of digital and mobile advertising environments
- Experience selling media or ad tech solutions within strategic verticals
- Background in sales or marketing roles focused on industry-specific verticals
