Salary: $5,000/month

About the Role

  • We’re looking for a Client Operations Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • You’ll manage end-to-end client operations, ensure smooth delivery, and act as the primary bridge between clients and internal teams.
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both big-picture process optimization and day-to-day execution, ensuring every client feels supported and every project moves forward without friction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily client operations for ongoing solar projects.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges, improving processes across departments.
  • Coordinate between teams handling permitting, procurement, logistics, and administration.
  • Lead client onboarding, process training, and relationship management initiatives.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, project documentation, and progress reports.
  • Monitor project KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Partner with leadership to scale internal systems and client-facing workflows.


Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in operations, client success, or project management.
  • Proven track record managing clients or projects in fast-moving environments (solar, construction, SaaS, or tech preferred).
  • Startup experience is a huge plus – we’re looking for someone comfortable working with speed, ambiguity, and ownership.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy: proficient with Google Workspace, Asana/ClickUp, CRMs, and reporting tools.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive, “get-things-done” attitude.
