Location: Remote (working hours: 9 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time)
Salary: $5,000/month
Vacation: 20 paid vacation days + 4 religious holidays

About the Role
- We’re looking for a Client Operations Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- You’ll manage end-to-end client operations, ensure smooth delivery, and act as the primary bridge between clients and internal teams.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both big-picture process optimization and day-to-day execution, ensuring every client feels supported and every project moves forward without friction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily client operations for ongoing solar projects.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges, improving processes across departments.
- Coordinate between teams handling permitting, procurement, logistics, and administration.
- Lead client onboarding, process training, and relationship management initiatives.
- Create and maintain SOPs, project documentation, and progress reports.
- Monitor project KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Partner with leadership to scale internal systems and client-facing workflows.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in operations, client success, or project management.
- Proven track record managing clients or projects in fast-moving environments (solar, construction, SaaS, or tech preferred).
- Startup experience is a huge plus – we’re looking for someone comfortable working with speed, ambiguity, and ownership.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy: proficient with Google Workspace, Asana/ClickUp, CRMs, and reporting tools.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive, “get-things-done” attitude.
