About The Job

We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional to help train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

We're currently expanding into an exciting new area: teaching AI Assistant models to be a more useful tool for finance professionals. We're looking for those with advanced degrees (MBA+) or significant real-world experience to shape AI's understanding of financial principles and decision-making.

In This Role, You May

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers to questions about macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Utilize your education and work experience to check the reasoning and accuracy of an AI Assistant's work
• Challenge the models with complex, real-world scenarios to test their reasoning
• Provide structured feedback to enhance each new version of the AI

Responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with varied complex problems and assess their outputs
• Evaluate the quality of AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (bilingual-level proficiency)
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, and reasoning exercises related to finance management
• A current or completed Master's and/or PhD is preferred but not required
