This role combines technical expertise in SharePoint development with leadership tasks, including managing a development team, driving project outcomes, and working with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the SharePoint development team, ensuring quality deliverables are completed on time
- Perform SharePoint development tasks, such as coding, debugging, and testing scalable solutions
- Plan and coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and release cycles for smooth execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align objectives with business priorities
- Facilitate team meetings to track progress, address issues, and identify effective solutions
- Oversee release planning, ensuring proper scheduling, deployment, and risk management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and industry standards throughout projects
- Provide mentorship to team members, facilitating skill development, collaboration, and accountability
- Stay updated on new SharePoint technologies and industry trends to enhance workflows and solutions
- Background in SharePoint development with a minimum of 7+ years in hands-on roles
- Expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and SharePoint Designer
- Understanding of resource management, release coordination, and stakeholder collaboration
- Skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and addressing technical issues
- Proficiency in team leadership, coaching, and effective interpersonal communication
- Experience managing projects in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Flexibility to work with evolving technologies and integrate modern tools into processes
- Familiarity with English communication at a B2+ level fluency
