This position involves managing Salesforce development projects, upholding exceptional code standards, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions utilizing UI and API
- Deploy and manage changes efficiently using CICD tools, with proficiency in Copado
- Apply TDD methodologies to produce reliable, testable code
- Adhere to code standards, maintain documentation, and follow best practices for sustainable development
- Troubleshoot and address production environment issues proactively
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions
- Guide and support junior developers to foster skill growth and collaboration
- Enhance Salesforce applications for optimized performance, scalability, and ease of use
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development focusing on UI and API integration
- Knowledge of CICD pipelines such as Copado, Jenkins, or similar tools coupled with flexibility to adopt new technologies
- Background in TDD, paired programming, or Agile development approaches
- Understanding of code quality principles including reviews, refactoring, and optimization
- Competency in monitoring and addressing production issues effectively
- Familiarity with SDLC processes, including deployment strategies and post-production support
- Proficiency in Einstein 1 Platform for advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform extensions like Marketing Cloud and Community Cloud
- Skills in leveraging emerging Salesforce technologies to propose forward-thinking solutions
