Responsibilities

• Set technical direction and own architecture decisions.
• Deliver production-ready code on backend AI services
• Design and build Agentic Experiences with low-latency UI.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead design reviews and manage sprint deliverables.
• Maintain observability and reliability standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering with backend systems.
• 1-2+ years in LLM AI/ML platforms.
• Expert-level Python skills for backend and AI.
• Experience with LangChain and AWS.
• Proficiency in secure coding and API design.

Nice to have

• Strong React and TypeScript skills.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation tools.
• Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases.
