Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to enhance a shopping assistant chatbot.
• Design prompt engineering techniques to improve chatbot dialogues.
• Develop LLM-based agents for API and database connectivity.
• Ensure chatbot stability and minimize hallucinations through model evaluation.
• Apply A/B testing frameworks to improve chatbot effectiveness.
• Integrate Responsible AI principles for ethical behavior.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to drive insights for the data engineering team.
• Guide cloud engineering teams on infrastructure for AI-driven chatbots.

Requirements

• 7+ years of data science or AI experience.
• 2+ years of leadership background.
• Expertise in Large Language Models and OpenAI APIs on Azure.
• Advanced Python skills for AI workflows.
• Experience in creating AI agents with function calling.
• Understanding of hallucination mitigation techniques.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI and compliance principles.
• Strong English communication skills.
