Responsibilities

• Coordinate with data teams leveraging Azure Synapse Analytics and Databricks
• Confirm data insights accuracy using SQL and BI software

• Lead change management efforts tied to business transformation
• Advise on BI analysis and data-driven strategic decision making

 

Requirements

• Proven extensive experience in BI analysis with over 7 years in business analysis roles
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams or complex projects
• Advanced knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics and Databricks platforms
• Expert-level SQL skills for thorough data analysis and validation
• Proficiency in managing requirements traceability
• Strong abilities in stakeholder communication and management
• Experience in planning and directing business analysis activities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English communication skills at B2 level or above

 

Nice to have

• Certification in Business Analysis such as CBAP
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
• Understanding of additional cloud data platforms
• Experience with data visualization tools
