A DAY IN THE LIFE
Promote, identify, and efficiently develop trade marketing mix strategies in the D&P circuit, focusing on perfumeries and their corresponding points of sale, to maximize sell-out in accordance with the commercial strategy.
Create, coordinate, and monitor various advertising and promotional activities. Provide logistical and administrative services at points of sale. Implement business intelligence tools to implement sell-out strategies and actions focused on the perfume channel.
- Define optimal promotional mechanics by client/region/flag
- Build point-of-sale contest dynamics and animation elements
- Lead and coordinate the creation and proper implementation of POS materials
- Innovate in POS mechanics and experience
- Work together with Category on assortment recommendations
- Identify business opportunities at the POS to implement action plans
- Promote merch projects for clients
- 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing areas.
- Bachelor degree in business administration.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Be curious and task oriented.
- An integrator: with capacity for relationships and transversal influence.
- An entrepreneur: who can manage ambiguity and frustration.
- A strategist: with transversal leadership capacity.
- An innovator: who can apply creativity and innovation in the different tasks assumed.
