Where do you fit in?
The Central Quality Reviewer (CQR) is responsible for delivering defined requirements while meeting company strategic objectives. The CQR oversees data for various programs, provides clinical analysis, and ensures proper adherence to study standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct all activities in accordance with Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
- Contribute to training, calibration exercises, and quality control procedures.
- Evaluate data per the Rater Training Program and contact raters for feedback.
- Ensure a consistent review and remediation process and resolve ambiguities.
- May interview subjects or provide independent scoring based on audio/video files.
- Monitor quality reviews of internal and external activities.
- Collaborate with the clinical team for successful study start-up.
- Identify and escalate potential issues proactively.
- Support site relationships to maintain training and calibration.
- Provide feedback and instruction to investigational site staff.
Decision Making and Influence:
- Maintain a culture of collegiality, respect, and professional support.
- Weigh risks and make decisions in alignment with company values.
- Manage customer escalations with effective follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Master’s, M.D., Ph.D., or related degree with clinical experience, or RN with 2 years of experience.
- Comfortable with investigator and peer remediation.
- High attention to detail.
- Able to work in a diverse, virtual environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep knowledge of psychiatric and cognitive scales required.
- Basic statistical knowledge; able to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR), Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE), or similar scales.
