Position Overview

The Central Quality Reviewer (CQR) plays a crucial role in delivering services that align with the company's strategic objectives, providing oversight in various quality assurance programs.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct activities following Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
• Participate in training and quality control for assigned projects.
• Evaluate data in accordance with established Rater Training Programs.
• Ensure consistency in review and remediation processes.
• May conduct interviews and provide independent scoring based on audio/video files.
• Monitor CQR performance and quality reviews.
• Collaborate with the clinical team for study start-up processes.
• Identify and escalate potential issues proactively.
• Support site relationships and staff training.

Decision Making and Influence

• Encourage a supportive team culture.
• Make decisions aligning with company values.
• Effectively manage customer escalations.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or equivalent with clinical experience in psychiatric scales preferred.
• Comfortable with investigator peer remediation.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Able to work remotely with diverse teams globally.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Deep knowledge of psychiatric/cognitive scales and basic statistics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, fluent in English.
• Experience with specific clinical scales is mandatory.
