We are excited to offer a Cash Operations Specialist position for a high-growth client in the Fintech and Cryptocurrency industry. This role requires managing daily cash positions, bank reconciliations, and ensuring the accuracy of general ledgers within a multi-entity environment.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Allocate and record cash payments accurately across accounts.
• Own the reconciliation of all cash-related transactions.
• Create general ledger journals related to bank statement transactions.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations with supporting documentation.
• Manage assigned balance sheet GL accounts for monthly reconciliation.
• Report on performance metrics for cash operations.

What You’ll Need

• 1–3 years of experience in treasury operations or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and numerical analysis.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated work ethic.
