Candidacy Strengths

• Proficient in Legal research, Labour law, Case management.
• Novice in Consumer protection.
• Fully fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

As the Case Manager, your role includes overseeing client cases, coordinating legal actions, conducting research, preparing documentation, and collaborating with attorneys. You'll assist teams in the PST time zone, utilizing a web program to intake clients, manage files, and communicate effectively.

• Experience in legal research and case management.
• Knowledge of employment law and related protocols.
• Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Access to a computer with a microphone.
