Role description:


This is a virtual role for a Case Manager. The Case Manager will be responsible for overseeing client cases, coordinating legal actions, conducting research, preparing documentation, and working closely with attorneys to ensure successful case outcomes.


Qualifications:


* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Experience in legal research and case management.

* Knowledge of employment law, workplace rights, Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, manufacturer repurchase negotiations, and vehicle defect documentation protocols.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Spanish fluency is required for this role.

* A working computer with microphone

* Availability to answer and place calls to clients, follow intake instructions, and manage cases in the PST timezone
