About Your New Role

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will own the systems and data side of our vendor quote tool, mapping vendor quote workflows and ensuring robust data management as pricing complexity grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Align needs between procurement, finance, sales operations, and engineering.
• Run recurring sessions to identify conflicting requirements.
• Own requirements and data model for vendor quote operations.
• Map current-state workflows and identify breakdowns.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Define approval workflow logic balancing risk and speed.
• Scope integrations with CRM, ERP, and master data systems.
• Write SQL queries to validate data accuracy.
• Plan and run UAT for new features.
• Monitor adoption and data quality post-launch.
• Support additional team projects as needed.

Required

5+ years of experience as a business systems analyst, with demonstrated experience in managing data models and writing SQL queries. Strong communication skills are essential to coordinate among diverse stakeholder groups.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CPQ platforms like Salesforce CPQ.
• Background in telecom, IT services, or B2B SaaS.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies.
