We are seeking an Associate Management Business Strategist specialized in innovation strategy to join our collaborative team. You will work with cross-disciplinary experts such as engineers and data scientists to discover new business opportunities and build value propositions that balance user needs, financial viability, and technical feasibility. This position offers the chance to influence strategic business models and innovation roadmaps.

 

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to define and clarify their business goals over various timeframes
• Acquire thorough understanding of clients’ business operations and financial systems
• Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to pinpoint emerging trends and opportunities
• Analyze diverse data sets to derive meaningful business insights
• Oversee or contribute to multidisciplinary teams across all phases from client alignment through to implementation planning
• Formulate and showcase innovation roadmaps that connect strategy with practical execution
• Design financial models to quantify the potential of innovative proposals, often involving unique concepts
• Integrate multiple workstreams into well-structured presentations and deliver them confidently to senior executives

 

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business strategy or related roles
• At least 2 years in leadership positions like Lead, Manager, or Coordinator
• A minimum of 1 year managing teams of five or more people
• Involvement in at least two full-lifecycle projects or several projects spanning multiple phases
• Proficiency in crafting detailed financial models to evaluate business strategies
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for clear idea articulation
• Experience working collaboratively with teams including designers and engineers
• Proven success consulting at senior organizational levels
• Strong client communication skills with confidence in executive interactions
• Willingness to travel to the US approximately once every quarter
• Portfolio demonstrating market and competitive analysis, framework creation, and financial modeling
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher with excellent verbal and written communication

 

Nice to have

• Possession of an MBA or a comparable advanced degree indicating expertise in business management and strategic planning
