About The Role

This full-time remote role involves being the front line of the sales engine, responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities across various practice areas.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and research potential clients.
Outreach & Qualification
  • Execute a multi-channel outreach strategy and engage key decision-makers.
Pipeline Management
  • Maintain meticulous tracking of all outreach activities in the CRM.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with senior sales and engineering teams to ensure qualified opportunities.
Market Intelligence
  • Gather insights regarding market trends and share findings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B Business Development or similar role.
  • Advanced English and fluent Spanish required.
