About the Role

As a Business Development & Revenue Operations Associate, you'll focus on outbound business development, CRM support, and administrative onboarding for new partners. This role blends outreach strategies with operational tasks to sustain our growth trajectory.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn.
• Manage discovery calls and qualifying processes with leads.
• Support re-engagement campaigns for past partners.
• Research and build targeted prospect lists.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and support pipeline organization.

Your Qualifications

• 0–3 years’ experience or interest in business development.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a bonus.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to thrive in remote environments.
