Mission

As the Business Development Manager for OreBody Solutions at Epiroc Southern Cone, you will drive new exploration business aligned with our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Market Share & Revenue: Achieve market share and revenue growth targets for OreBody Solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Market Expansion: Explore new opportunities aligned with Epiroc's exploration strategy.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends to refine strategies.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Cross-departmental Collaboration: Ensure alignment across departments.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 5-10 years in sales within exploration or mining.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office, exceptional communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish, strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, adaptability, and relationship-building abilities.
