We are looking for someone who knows how to open doors - and who can keep them open.
Someone who understands that selling is not pitching, but diagnosing, structuring, and executing. Someone who can walk into a conversation with a senior stakeholder, understand how their business really works, and turn that insight into a deal.
If you’ve built your career selling technology services in B2B environments, if you’re comfortable navigating complexity, and if you take ownership of the number... this might be for you.
What We Expect From You
- +3 years of experience in B2B sales of IT services, with exposure to SaaS and/or PaaS models.
- Proven experience selling technology projects and/or managed services.
- Ability to understand business-critical processes and translate them into high-impact solution opportunities.
- Strong commercial judgment: you know how to prioritize, qualify, and move opportunities forward.
- Confidence in engaging with decision-makers and leading conversations that go beyond surface-level needs.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in process optimization, digital automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.), and AI implementations is a strong plus.
Your Mission
You are responsible for generating and closing new business for Sisua’s services and consulting offering. You will:
- Identify and engage new clients.
- Understand their business drivers and operational challenges.
- Shape solution proposals that create measurable impact.
- Lead the sales process end-to-end until closing.
- Ensure a clean and effective handover to delivery teams.
And no, you won’t do this alone: you’ll work with pre-sales and marketing professionals. But ownership of the deal is yours.
