Business Development Executive | Remote, EST Hours

Calls Experts is a global contact center solutions provider with more than 15 years of experience in the North American market. Our AI-driven platform, CLAI, helps companies improve customer communication, streamline processes, and enhance sales efficiency.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support our expansion by arranging online and offline meetings between local businesses and our Supervisors or Senior team members. This position is well suited for someone who feels confident communicating with business leaders, understands B2B engagement, and can build early-stage relationships that lead to quality opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and generate new B2B leads in the local market

• Conduct outbound calls and outreach to decision-makers to introduce CLAI and Calls Experts services

• Schedule online and on-site meetings for Supervisors and senior leadership

• Qualify opportunities and gather relevant information to support the sales process

• Maintain accurate lead records in CRM systems

• Build and nurture early-stage relationships until handoff

• Track outreach activity and meet weekly and monthly KPIs

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve lead targeting and quality

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B business development, lead generation, appointment setting, or sales

• Ability to confidently engage decision-makers and communicate product value

• Experience in SaaS, tech, AI, or related sectors is an advantage

• Familiarity with CRM tools and dialing systems

• Strong communication and objection-handling skills

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment

• Availability for an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST

• Professional attitude and willingness to grow

Compensation:

• Base salary: 1000 USD

• Performance-based bonus: up to 1000 USD per month
