We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with a strong product and design focus to join a collaborative, remote-first team. In this role, you will translate business requirements, customer needs, and internal processes into clear product specifications and intuitive user experiences. You will bridge the gap between product management, design, and development, ensuring features are well-structured, logically sound, and aligned with strategic goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and contributes to building scalable, user-centric products. Accountabilities

  • Translate business requirements, customer needs, and internal processes into detailed product specifications.
  • Define and document user flows, system logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria to guide development.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and functional documentation using design systems and libraries.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Creative Directors to research, analyze, and prototype new features.
  • Ensure product decisions are logically sound, scalable, and aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve system usability and workflow efficiency.
  • Support cross-functional teams in delivering well-structured, functional, and user-centric product experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar product-focused role.
  • Structured and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems or component libraries.
  • Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, user journey mapping, and workflow analysis.
  • Ability to document functional requirements and system behavior clearly and accurately.
  • Experience translating complex business needs into intuitive, functional product designs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and collaborative environment.
  • Dedication, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor.
