The Role Overview

Your responsibilities will include:

• Placing complex risks in various industries, defining market strategies and required capacities.
• Providing technical advisory to clients and collaborating with internal teams.
• Managing new product opportunities and the full placement cycle.
• Preparing essential documentation and negotiating terms with reinsurers.
• Supporting the renewal process and ensuring continuity of terms.
• Managing portfolio movements and providing claims support.

Qualifications for Success

• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance or reinsurance brokerage.
• Excellent technical knowledge and strong Excel skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
