About Binance Accelerator Program

The Binance Accelerator Program is a fixed-term initiative tailored for early career talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Participants will gain insights into the workings of the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. Focus areas include networking and professional development to enhance transferable skills.

Who May Apply

This program is open to current university students and recent graduates.

Responsibilities

• Assist compliance team with ad-hoc tasks related to AML, Sanctions, and ABC financial crime risks.
• Analyze data, identify gaps, and follow up with key stakeholders.
• Assist in managing Compliance governance committees, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking deliverables.
• Help prepare various internal reports by compiling, collating, summarizing data, and proofreading.
• Participate in training programs related to Compliance and other relevant subjects.
• Perform general administration and ancillary activities as assigned by the team.
• Work with various internal and external compliance applications and programs.

Requirements

• Major in Economics, Social Science, Law, or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of financial crime compliance or law in crypto is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language is a bonus.
• Able to interpret complex subjects effectively.
• Data-driven with strong attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently across functional and geographic boundaries.
• Demonstrated learning agility with a critical and innovative mindset.
• A passion for cryptocurrency.
• Confidence, a results-driven attitude, and an inclination for creative solutions are highly appreciated.
