We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Intake Coordinator to lead our team! In this role, you will coordinate the Intake team to ensure everyone’s excellent performance.

Requirements

• Prior experience leading or coordinating a team.
• Proven ability to collect client information accurately.
• Strong attention to detail for reviewing team submissions.
• Excellent communication skills for feedback and direction.
• Ability to manage multiple cases under pressure.

Your Role

• Ensure all leads are logged within 24 hours.
• Oversee compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
• Prepare actionable pre-consultation notes for consultants.
• Identify process improvements and train your team.
• Collaborate with the Client Intake team for consistency.
