What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in both English- and Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Conduct virtual sales calls and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client success.
  • Track activities and manage pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of experience as an Account Executive, with a strong track record of closing deals.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills across cultures.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and managing pipelines effectively.
  • Available to work Eastern Standard Time hours.

Nice to Have

  • B2B sales experience across diverse industries.
  • Understanding of business culture and client expectations in both U.S. and Latin American markets.
  • Prior experience working in a fully remote, cross-border team.

Compensation Range: $12K - $16.8K
