Job Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher;
2. Work Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in international new energy project development, investment, or operations;
3. Certifications: Candidates holding CFA, CPA, or securities trading qualifications are preferred;
4. Language Skills: English，proficiency in a second foreign language is preferred;
5. Competencies: Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, ability to work independently under pressure, self-motivation, and willingness to relocate and work abroad long-term.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Secure new energy project resources within the assigned region/country;
2. Collect, analyze, and screen market data on business environments, investment and financing conditions, construction environments, and new energy industry chains in the region/country;
3. Maintain relationships with local government agencies, energy bureaus, power companies, forestry/agricultural departments, developers, land acquisition partners, consultancies, and third-party institutions;
4. Conduct preliminary evaluations of new energy project resources and lead pre-development tasks (e.g., topographic surveys, site preselection, wind measurement);
5. Manage project development procedures and ensure timely progress of milestones within the region/country;
6. Ensure the physical and mental safety of teams and individuals during project development phases;
7. Organize and oversee regional/country-specific exhibitions, promotional activities, and industry summits;
8. Maintain documentation and records throughout the project development process;
9. Complete additional tasks assigned by the company or superiors.
