- Shaping LATAM go-to-market strategy with a global team behind you
- Closing seven-figure deals that actually move the needle
â What You Bring
- A track record of selling banking or financial software in Chile (core banking, digital banking, payments, risk, compliance, or related)
- Ability to navigate 12+ month enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Confidence operating at C-suite level â and being their trusted partner
- Local market knowledge + strong industry network
- Spanish fluency (English is a bonus)
