Role Overview

As our Backend Engineer, you will architect end-to-end features and systems at a rapid pace, owning critical infrastructure within our innovative company. This position offers a rare opportunity to shape the future of AI accounting.

Your Impact Areas

• Design and build core backend systems from ground up.
• Build APIs and infrastructure for complex accounting logic.
• Launch production-ready features from scratch.
• Work closely with product teams to simplify finance workflows.

Qualifications for Success

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Experience with AWS and strong database skills.
• Ability to manage complex systems and evolving requirements.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Equity: $20,000+ USD.
• Base Salary: $65,000 – $135,000 USD.
