Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure in AWS.
• Architect infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and automated deployment pipelines.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for secure software delivery with GitHub.
• Implement microservices and serverless architectures in AWS.
• Manage cloud networking and security controls.
• Monitor infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate on reliable cloud-native applications.
• Support cloud security standards and incident response.
• Document architecture and operational procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• AWS Certification at Solutions Architect Associate or SysOps Administrator Associate level.
• 3+ years of AWS production infrastructure experience.
• 2+ years with Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong AWS networking and security understanding.
• Experience administering Linux systems.
• Familiarity with containerized workloads.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams.
• Able to work independently and in small teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional certification.
• Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration platforms.
• Knowledge of observability platforms.
• Multi-account AWS and governance framework experience.
• Familiar with multi-cloud environments.
• Proficiency in scripting for automation.

Location and Salary

Located in Austin, TX 78701, with remote or hybrid options. Salary ranges from $130k to $140k.
