Job Description

As an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections and setting quality assurance testing models for analysis of raw materials, materials in process, and finished products. You will support the operations to meet all customer requirements, product specifications, and process improvement actions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine assignments by applying broad theoretical job knowledge.
• Monitor and address the compliance of customer and product specifications.
• Develop procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
• Work on complex products or specifications mostly unsupervised.
• Suggest solutions to identified product problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree is required.
• 2 years of Quality Assurance Engineer experience required.
• Experience with a variety of different testing techniques is a must.
• Strong knowledge of test methodology, tools, standards, and procedures required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities required.
• Ability to multi-task and reprioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Time management skills are a must.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.
• Willingness to travel 0% - 25% of the time.
