We are looking for an Associate Management Business Strategist to join our team focused on innovation strategy. This role involves working closely with design strategists, engineers, and data scientists to identify innovative opportunities and develop consumer-centric, financially sound, and feasible value propositions. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to articulate a clear business vision across short, medium, and long-term horizons
• Obtain in-depth knowledge of clients’ operational and financial frameworks
• Perform comprehensive market research and competitive assessments to discover trends and growth opportunities
• Interpret qualitative and quantitative data to extract actionable insights
• Guide or support cross-functional teams through all project stages including client engagement, context analysis, insight generation, opportunity identification, design ideation, and execution planning
• Develop and communicate innovation roadmaps to steer clients from strategic planning to implementation
• Construct financial models to assess the value of innovative ideas, often involving novel concepts with limited prior data
• Synthesize diverse project outputs into coherent presentations and confidently present to executive stakeholders

 

Requirements

• Proven experience of 5 or more years in business strategy or related disciplines
• Demonstrated leadership for at least 2 years in roles such as Lead, Manager, or Coordinator
• Experience managing teams of 5 or more individuals for a minimum of 1 year
• Participation in at least 2 full project lifecycles or multiple projects covering various development phases
• Expertise in developing detailed financial models for assessing business opportunities
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities to effectively convey ideas and solutions
• Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams including designers and engineers
• Track record of consulting senior organizational levels
• Excellent client-facing communication skills with confidence engaging executive-level clients
• Availability to travel to the US quarterly for meetings or research
• A portfolio with examples of market analysis, frameworks, and financial modeling
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or above with strong verbal and written skills
