Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate contracts while ensuring smooth execution.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives.
• Support routine contract template management.
• Assist with contract resolution and escalations.
• Contribute to enhancing client service and team value.

Essential Criteria

We seek adaptable, accountable candidates with a law degree and at least two years of experience in contract negotiation/development.
