We are looking for an Associate Application Engineer (Associate Front Line Engineer) to be a part of our Customer Sales Support Center team. Your role will involve delivering world-class customer service through various communication channels, maintaining CRM tickets, and providing commercial and technical advice on customer inquiries.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide quick resolutions to customer inquiries.
• Create and optimize CRM tickets.
• Maximize sales opportunities through customer interactions.
• Assist with order progression and supply chain issues.

Candidate Background

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Engineering and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Knowledge of pump products and customer service software is advantageous.
