Responsibilities:

1. Be fully responsible for the organization, management and execution of the project.
2. Coordinate various matters such as design,procurement,construction,logistic and materials, grid-connection, commissioning and acceptance.
3. Be responsible for the project schedule, cost, quality and safety to ensure the project is delivered on time and with good quality.
4. Responsible for engaging and communicating with stakeholders such as local governments, communities, and subcontractors, and resolving key issues.
5. Responsible for crisis public relations and risk management.
6. Responsible for collecting and reporting relevant information.
7. Assist in handling permits and approvals.
8. Organize project regular meetings, compile and report project monthly reports and weekly reports.
9. Other tasks assigned by the team leader.

Abilities Required:

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Relevant majors such as Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy Management, and Engineering Management.
3. Possession of relevant professional qualifications such as international engineering PMP, IPMP, CIOB, etc.
4. 10 year experience in construction projects and at least 4 of them in solar projects as PM.
5. Proficiency in using project management software such as Project and P6.
6. Good organizational coordination and communication skills, and strong pressure resistance.
7. Availability to live on project area.
8. English language can be used as a working lanaguage.
