Primary Purpose / Main Responsibilities
- Follow-up to the sales plan by Dealer and purchase order cycle.
- Monitoring the profitability of the channel, dealer, product.
- Collaborative Forecast, analysis of sell in and sell out sales of main clients.
- Visit points of sale.
- Correct availability of products at point of sale.
- Improve the profitability of the business by increasing the sale of more profitable products.
- Increase Goodyear's involvement in alternative channels through our distributors.
- Increase the distribution of Goodyear with new points of sale in current or new customers.
- Training
- Dictate training to the sales staff of Goodyear dealers.
- Comply 100% with the Sales Academy courses.
- Collect and analyze market information.
- Ensure the correct execution and maintenance of the Goodyear brand manual at the points of sale.
- Ensure proper communication of Goodyear promotional campaign
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing or related field
- 4 years in sales area
- Experience attending traditional channel. (mass merchandiser)
- Office (word, power point & excel) – Mid Level.
- Management reports.
- SAP knowledge – basic level.
- Marketing knowledge
- Analytical skills.
- Capable to meet goals
- Confident, perseverant, work under pressure & excellent relationship
- Maintain direct communication with:
- Marketing.
- Product & Pricing.
- Logistics.
- Customer Service.
- Finance.
