Funciones

  • Atención telefónica, chat u otros canales digitales a clientes de Chile para apoyo en sus procesos de nómina.
  • Brindar soporte técnico para proyectos vinculados a Declaraciones Juradas y nóminas mensuales.
  • Apoyo para la actualización de base de datos de clientes.

Requisitos

  • Ganas de aprender sobre Recursos Humanos y nómina chilena.
  • Conocimiento general de Herramientas de Office y Sistemas de Nómina.
  • Actitud amable y servicial.
  • Habilidades comunicacionales para relacionamiento verbal y escrito.
  • Actitud colaborativa para trabajar en equipo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
  • Ideal experiencia en atención a clientes.
