We are looking for a strategic professional to join our team as an Apps Support Tech Lead Analyst. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing applications and collaborating with various technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technology teams to ensure effective integration of functions.
• Provide expertise and advanced understanding of applications support.
• Define systems scope for complex application enhancements.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Analysts to document system impacts.
• Identify risks and propose risk mitigation options.
• Advise and coach junior analysts, allocating work effectively.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship building skills.
• Service-oriented attitude with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English.
